- Waterworks
- Intense interior cleanup
- Make manufacturing area functional
Phase Two
Spring, Summer Fall 2022
- Commence Low EMF & Holistic Flea Market in renovated courtyard
- Start producing Gems, Cubes, Cubits & StarPods
- New exterior facade
Phase Three
Fall 2022 - Spring 2023
- Open Low EMF medical space for rent to doctors, dentists, chiropractors, other naturopathic healers
- Open our new theatre for TEDx type talks on all things EMF, holistic medicine, alternative energy and building, and anything cool that is of interest to the informed
Phase Four
Spring 2023 and onwards
- Open the grounds to Indigenous-run sweat lodge, natural healing clinic, naturally filtered stone and plant swimming pool with oxygenated water, light fare natural & raw food bistro
- Open the grounds to short and long term stays in Low EMF StarPods, Cubits and Cubes
